Hey there! I’m Soren, a creative magpie from Roeselare with a passion for all things art and design.

My creative journey started when I was very young—always drawing, painting, and making things just for the joy of it. Over the years, that curiosity grew into a deep love for visual storytelling, which eventually led me to study comic book illustration at Syntra West in Bruges from 2018 to 2020. It was an inspiring time that helped me shape my artistic voice and explore the power of narrative through images.

Before that, in 2017, I earned my teaching degree in English from Vives College University. While teaching and creativity followed separate paths in my life, both have shaped how I communicate, connect with others, and share knowledge.

As a mostly self-taught artist, I’m always looking to expand my skills. In 2022, I joined the SASK art school in Roeselare to challenge myself further and learn new techniques in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

I find inspiration everywhere: from the way light filters through trees to the clean curves of a digital interface. I love the softness and unpredictability of watercolors just as much as the structure and clarity of digital design. And one of my greatest joys? Sharing what I’ve learned. Whether it’s teaching workshops or helping someone unlock their creativity, I love seeing people connect with their inner artist.

At the heart of it all, I’m about creating beautiful things and having a great time doing it.
